This is the most genuinely theatrical find on the list, a ten-table steakhouse under Yvonne's that you reach through a hidden bookshelf door, with a literal zebra head over the fireplace. It's new as of April 2026 from the COJE group (the people behind Yvonne's and Mooo), so it still has that brand-new buzz.
